ABSS had the job in San Juan and I worked there under J&S Construction, a local company. ABSS and J&S proposed a joint venture on the job in Ponce' and handed in a bid. The MSO low-balled the asked price and told them that that is what they wold contract for. The joint venture turned it down and laughed at them, those of use that worked on the bid had worked in San Juan and knew what we needed to see to have a profitable job.
Future Works took the job at the low price and all that I have talked to have itched that there was no money in it. If you still want a contact number post it and I will get it for you.
