All SA boxes, to go into the diagnostics mode, hold in the "select" button until the mail light flashes. Once the mail light flashes, press the "info" button. The diagnostics screen will then come up. On page one, you will have the downstream carrier signal level (FDC) and the return carrier signal level (RDC) for whatever channel you were on. Once this diagnostic screen is up, by pressing the "vol+" or "vol-" on the box will take you through many of the 16 diagnostic screens. Page 4 is where you IP is and lets you know what the 2-way status is.
