We have 300 customers on 3 t- 1s and restrict our customers to 2 gigs up and 3 down anything over is $ 10 per gig over, we don't bill the people that casually go over. We bill the ones that are sharing music and trojans are a big problem and AT&T tells us who has one,they cure the problem or go off the system. We have new software coming that will stop the file sharing,will be glad to get it installed, the company says it will be a big help.We are downloading at 1 meg and soon going to 3 meg.
