Well your right they may handle 200 modems but if 100 are online at one time the speeds drop,now I dont know about you but I feel if I'm paying for a 2meg modem my speed should be 1.75megs or better at all times regardless of load, excuses and lies.If my average download speed is say 500kps then I should only pay 25 percent of my bill.Speed is what we sell and all customers are not stupid they want and expect the speed you say your selling them,I need to resolve these speed issues before the customers start using this tactic when it comes time to pay the bill.
