Companies who contract for Bruister will be QC'd very strictly. That is what is happening here. They are getting a %20 backcharge minimum. This of course is taken from the tech's. The tech's can be in a catch 20/20, when they don't get a trip charge and they want to make money while they are their. Then you also have the typical tech's who aren't accustomed to being QC'd regularly.
