180 does disco and collections in Melbourne. In Orlando they do installs for Bright house. It's a employee based company not a 1099 co. Pay scale is lower than a 1099 because they pay your taxes, insurance, and have benfits (shared health/dental) after 90 days. Has workmans comp ins. So if you are hurt on the job you still have some income and no doctor bills. Pay is weekly and on time always. You just have to decide if you want a little bit more pay and no security or some benies for momma and the kids and a pay check that always there.
