yep.
my brother in law was inthe navy, and paid his support on time for years and years. his ex wouldn't let him see his son. she lived on ssi and claimed he didn't pay a dime, when she finally got caught, she tried to get him to tell the gov't he didn't pay, he showed up with reciepts and she had pay it all back, thwere is a little justice out there.
