You are correct about ebay and perhaps I should have noted that...however I have purchased some good "clean" equipment there too at resonable prices.
You might also go online to www.cableyellowpages.com and check out some vendors who sell refurb equipment.
The Dawgs here are right be careful of ebay but be cautious anywhere you shop for that matter.
Be careful of a lot of things in this business anymore as far as that goes.
