In Nashville, the HSP told us we were to expect the changes you are speaking of. Then a brave soul who goes by Garrison, spoke up and said, I am going to bring a union in here and if you don't like it, kiss my arse!
The CWA is now representing them and other offices, and we are finding it easier to sign other tech's up than one may think. Of course the HSP has hired the biggest law firm in Tn, but all they can do is prolong the process.
The next time I see a post complaining about a HSP, please include what you plan on doing about it.
