O ****e the alarm clock just went off, time to wake up.
As the industry is now the only employee free choice there is, is wether or not you want to be working or not. As long as there are boatloads of newbies out there willing to work for more than they were eeking out in the 3rd world country they just arrived from, this industry will remain one of the few that lower pay matrixes as the cost of living increases.
