The young boy is alive today, because the two Comcast techs attended the (probably mandatory) CPR class. I am sure the boy's parents was glad the two Comcast techs decided to take and pay attention in class.
Good Job Guys, that is a better story that the one I read on this board a few days ago, where the Satellite Installer went berserk!
