Child molestation, the most heinous crime imaginable, breeds evil. We are all aware of the violent criminal histories, generally they involve sexual abuse. These are NOT reformable criminals. They are counter-productive citizens of society, only producing more criminals from their behavior/actions. You cannot let these FREAKS out, as "3rd degree offenders", (aka WILL happen again) with their "warning" to the community, & expect anything good to become of it! Who's going to hire them? Befriend them? No one. Who will they turn to, duh, innocent children, who's parents are busy making ends meet.
