I urge NOONE to reply to an offer like this. It only takes once to get the ball rolling then everyone will be farther and farther out on your money.
If the 'contractors' that are hiring like this were indeed 'contractors', you would have your money 7 days after invoice, no exceptions. When you are 45 days out on your money, that means no money for you until the MSO pays the 'contractor'.
Then why in hell would someone be willing to work for less than what the MSO is paying? What advantage is gained? The advantage is being the 'contractor' and making big bucks with nothing invested (nothing worth mentioning anyway).
The money that is put up by the 'contractor' to pay in 7 days is why an average of 30% is kept. And I don't know anyone who has a problem with that. Only with the cheating, lying 'contractor' that can't afford to wipe their own ass let alone act in a professional manner.
People it IS time for a union...
