Another option that most people overlook, but could possibly save you some money, is to check with the local rail yard. A lot of train yards have those flatbed cars that just sit there doing nothing. Sometimes they'll let you drop in line for a cheap rate. Granted, they might not be going to the exact town that you are wanting, but they can get you close enough so you can hire a private driver to get the truck to it's final destination.
