no, that price is for turning wheels, the expenses are up to him, I neglected to point that out, I do that now, and get .25 per mile both ways. and no CDL for under 26,000 GVW. but for .25 a mile and you pay for hotel and return trip and its cheaper than a flatbed transport, that want 2+ per mile min.
