I haven't had problems with companies honoring this policy. Seems strange to me, if the company needs a quality tech, they are gonna hire that person unless a pee test or a bad backgroung check comes up. But then again, I am in the satellite field, Dish will hire a DTV guy in a minute and vice versa, if the criteria is met, reguardless of some petty clause.
