Make sure you have an experienced person that knows how to hang self-support fiber. It's not the same as lashing onto strand, I did some work in washington years ago put up some self-support and we were charging about $1.05 a foot, but that was based on many miles of it, in your case only doing one mile you might want to charge a little more. Just my thought.
