The HSP I work for pays 60/25 with phone lines. The newest policy update is that if we have to do a wall fish for the phoneline, and the customer will not pay the measly $30 per, we gotta do it for free. So, some of us are now saying to all customers that the phone line is a must @ $30 per. If the customer refuses the $30 then we do it for free. Sometimes you got to get creative to make lemonade out of a lemon.
