Being An Inhouse Guy Myself, I Would Like To Say I Always Like Working With The Contracter. They Are Usually More Knowlegable Then Me And Take The Time To Show Me What They Did And Why They Did It. It Just Makes It Easier When They Are Gone And Your Out In The Field Troubleshooting. You Dont Have To Have Your Head Up The Guys Ass But From My Expierience They Are Always Willing To Teach Me Something Which Makes My Job A Hell Of Alot Easier. I Figure The More I Learn The Easier My Job Gets.
