You must enable scripting in your browser to place ads, at least for the present time. Depending on your browser it can be as simple as adding cabl.com to its list of Trusted Sites.
If using IE6, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click the Security tab. Click the Trusted Sites icon then from there click the button labeled "Sites". Add cabl.com and make sure "require server verification (https:)" checkbox at the bottom is NOT checked.
