Re: Direct TV // going hourly

In the last 4 years, my HSP has tried to go hourly 3 diff. times. Each time they do, all the exp. techs quit and their completion rates go down the tubes and the QC guys are kept busy fixing all the f*-ups. But they never forced hourly on anyone really, they offered hourly to peeps who didnt want to pay for their own gas anymore. Oh yeah, in addition to all my other benifits, we also get 401k and full insurance benefits in addition to having all of our supplies free of charge.
