In Mi it is Directec but be careful!!!! DTV is requiring that all HSP's have fleet vans or trucks with markings and the pay scale is not good at all. They pay $45 for single $15 for parts (everything except dish and receiver) $15 for gas. They do it that way so if you are injured on the job the workers comp is only judge by the $45 install rate and the company gets to write off the milage and parts on thier taxes.... When they get the fleet vans/trucks going you will loose the $15 and I hear that they are also going to drop the install by $5 also. Also make and keep a copy of all your paperwork (EVERYTHING!!!) if there is a problem with your pay then you will not get payment for another payperiod (2 weeks).
