This move practically devistated Installs Inc, which we have been working for for nearly 7 years. Many good people are loosing jobs and businesses because of the Best Buy life line cut.
It, Im afraid-wil be a start of a trend. Circuit city has gone to crap with outsourcing and wanting the installer to pick up the equipment FROM THE STORE of purchase. Smaller retailers like Good Guys (up north) will quickly proceed with General Murdock and his price cutting too.
Screw this. we are going strictly commercial.
