I quit an HSP because of installing phone lines. It not fair to have to run a free phone lines. Today I am an indepentent installer for retailers and if I had go back and work for an HSP I would give 200% in support of a union. The phone line is not there for the convenience of the customer. Grow up. Its there to make Directv money. How, well first of course pay pre views, mostly on soft porn or by accident. Second when your DVD call late at night it down loads program that been watched. That info is sold to Marketors. I do provide phone splitters and hook up where I can but nothing more. No cat 3 wire on my truck.
