I have another way of making sure I am on the right signal with DTV, I am not sure if it works with Dway. If my memory serves me I remeber Dway would give the same audible sound whether your on the right bird or not.
Here is my idea:
(1)take a wireless headphone set and place the transmitter on the closest DTV recievers audio outputs. (you would need a decent headphone set 900mgz to prefferbly 2.5ghz)
(2)Then when siting the dish place the headphones on and use them in conjunction with your meter of choice.
Again this works great with DTV as long as your dish and reciever are not too far apart. I don't think it will work with Echo*, if I remember correctly, dish* gives the same sound on 119 and 110.
I hope this is helpful to someone who would other wise spend big bucks on a plastic $400+ meter.
