Cablevision has been using contractors to work out all the bugs in there new billing and routing system. If you have enough money and can wait two months to get paid half what your owed go for it. Plus they like to give themselves discounts off your money too. I know a few contracting companies that have had enough of these guys. It's just not worth the time and money.
