We are in need of five additional upgrade splicers for our Henderson, NC upgrade project. Seeking in-house or subcontractor splicers. This is good country running (250' average spans) and 100% front easement (aerial and underground). We will be picky for these last few positions - so hackers need not bother contacting us.
