Judging by the seriousness of your inquiry, I'll refrain from saying "I just saved 15% by switching to GEICO."
There is a good company in Florida called Truevance. I dont know if you are an independant looking for your own work, but they have a lot going on regarding communications contracts for mapping and Auto CAD.
If you are looking for your own contracts, you may have to approach some of the FTTP builders . Not much going on in the CATV world right now.
