I am not sure what your are trying to say, but when the HSP's have CWA representing their employees/techs I am sure the HSP's will QC the job's 100% per specs as they should. The problem now is, the HSP's are expecting so many tech's/employees to quit when their $10 hourly wage is mandated, that they are keeping as many techs/employees on hand as possible.
