Re: Thieves

WB filed must-carry on a couple systems I used to work for. They provided dishes because off-air signal was in the toilet. Got a few questions about them little guys hanging on the side of our headends, but was perfectly legal. Just cause you see the dish doesn't mean they're thieves.
