I've always hated unions until i got into the sat industry. But i can now see the writing on the wall. I work for an hsp and they are forever adding work and cutting pay. But the worst is they hire every week when we do not have enough work for the current number of techs. but they DONT CARE!!.. UNION UNION UNION UNION for me or I am here looking for a job back in the cable field.
