Job Description


Title: Construction QC Technician

Reports To: Construction Manager

Qualifications: Prior CATV/TELCOM “Outside Plant” Construction
experience to include the following:


· Aerial construction methods, standards and NEC codes

· Underground construction methods and standards

· OSHA codes and application of standards

· Ability to read and understand CATV/TELCOM maps

· Ability to generate asbuilt maps and documentation


Assignment: To provide QC inspection of the contractor or Contractors assigned the task of rebuilding/upgrading the project.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive (locally) between multiple job locations, deal with multiple contractors and provide written details of daily work activity.

This contract position lasts at least through the end of the year, and a strong possibility for an additional two years. Attractive hourly rate, vehicle allowence or rental provided and gas.

Drug Screen and Background check required.
