I know you keep saying that you're waiting on your factor to release the money, but some of us can't wait for that to happen, we need our money now, and have been pretty patient with you up to this point. It's been almost 2 months since we last saw any money from you. If we were your business partners, we could understand having to wait, but we were working FOR you, not WITH you, so as such, we expect our pay in a timely fashion as agreed upon when we came to work FOR you. I would hate to bring a lawyer into this, I still have all my invoices as does everyone else from Charleston, and if we don't see pay promptly, then we will hand it over to a lawyer. As I understand it, Texas law allows for damages 3 times in excess of what is actually owed, and unfortunately, payroll can't be covered under bankruptcy. If you haven't gotten your check by Mastec yet btw, we contacted Paul Mitchell and he informed us that he would not send the check as long as your techs were owed money by you.
