I work for an unmentioned HSP and there is a great wind of change blowing. We are being warned that an upcoming mandate to take company owned vehicle and gas cards in exchange for a dramatic pay reduction (roughly 40%) by the end of this summer. Furthermore, DirecTV is "sitting in" on calls made to our dispatch office for a couple of days to monitor us.
I have a haunting supscion that DirecTV may be buying out all of the HSP's and cutting out the middle man. If anyone has any information about my theory, I would like to hear from you.
