Believe me, retraining is NOT something I need. And before you get yourself in a jam, that idiotic directive DirecTV came out with about not grounding MDU systems only means that DirecTV won't charge back for the install. As DirecTV has no authority to set aside a State law or a municipal ordinance, you can still be fined or shut down by a local building inspector. And, God forbid, someone's apartment building catches on fire because of a faulty install, DirecTV will feed you to the wolves.
