I think the MSO's have forgotten the first rule of business: "you have to spend money to make money." At least, spend money to attract quality help so your system will last. That way they would not have to put a bandaid on it and hope for a long term cure. I believe their motto today is: "f@#^it, I can't see the picture from my house."
