as long as cable dawgs keep accepting penuts to do line work it will never change. And this disease is spreading to phone and power workers also. We are giving our industry away. The only thing I can say is get together w/ your local dogs. If you can stop cutting eachothers throats it could still change. Do quality work from the first day on a job. Dazle the mso w/ proffesionalism and when they are spoiled w/ your work start making them realize that you need to be paid better to stay. Try it, hell you have tried everything else. Oh by the way, it works for me most of the time. Ive walked out a lot of doors only to be called back in a few weeks. It feels great when the manager calls you and asks what it will take to get you to stay.
