Cableho is correct with the pad values, the reason being in Gainmaker amps the forward and reverse signals are separated until the diplex filter unlike other SA amps (1,2,3) .
You will need to set the amp up with your refeence from the node on the main out which will have a 0 pad on the reverse input, then pad aux 1 and 2 according to the internal coupler value. If it is a dc 12 you may not be able to sweep off that port of the amp but you will be able to sweep off the taps and next amp on that line.
