Betya the pic is of a dish mounten on HARDWALL.
To be avoided......The surface is a hard coat of stucco- like finish. Beneath is 1/2" to 2" styrofoam insullation. Beneath that could be a block wall or a balloon structure (studs & sheathing) or anything else. Your chances of attachging to that type wall are slim to none. Also the foam will crunch eventually, changing the elevation enough to produce a Searching for . . .
