They don't pay worth a dam. If your coming from up north get ready to start, burying your drops, no crawl spaces, all attic work (or house wraps). If you have never worked in the summer heat in the south it is something that really takes some getting use to. Drink "alot" of water. I have been out of the system for a while, but, the last I checked you will be a sub for the contractor. I don't think there are anymore employee based contractor's in the system. Brighthouse doesn't pay enough for them to operate that way in the system. Good luck.
