Assume a signal level of -35dBm at the output of your LNB. Minimum input level at the IRD should be -55dBm (can go lower in some cases depending on manufacturer).
Worst case is a stacked LNB operating at a maximum frequency of 2050 MHz. The loss of Commscope F660BVM045CMH RG6 is 9.7 dB per 100 feet. 9.7 x 2 = 19.4. At 200 feet, your input level at the IRD will be -54.4 dBm.
You can run a maximum of 200 feet of RG6 and the system will work. Have a nice day.
