Re: Labor question

They appear to be legal. I have had each of them complete an I-9 and a W-4. I have also required them to provide copies of all paperwork that was referenced on the I-9.

The paperwork that I recieved appears to be legit. I t is my understanding, that if I review this paperwork and determine it to be valid ( to the best of my knowledge). I have covered myself. Have I understood this correctly?
