I can finally be an ISP!

I've had this great idea for a long time now. I want to operate a wireless internet service that will be available to anyone within twenty miles of my house. It broadcasts forward at 75 MHz and returns at 40 MHz. I'm gonna make it DOCSIS compliant and I can provides all the bandwidth anyone wants.

Since someone has now allowed a bunch of electric companies to broadcast at will between 2 and 80 MHz, I should have no problem with those pesky FAA ninnies complaining about their aeronautical radio navigation beacons anymore, or those silly ambulance radios. The sky's the limit!!
