Remember that you heard it here first. There is no way in H*LL that this is going to get final approval from the FCC, and if it does it will be shut down by the courts. It creates too much interference and does not meet the requirements of Part 15.
Say good-bye to BPL forever, and hope that no one is ever foolish enough to try it again.
