Let's face it, the person calling the shots for these MSO's wouldn't be able to deal with it if the shoe was on the other foot. What we do is go out during the day and get as much prep done as possible. Everything at night is always harder. Then go out a couple hours earlier than your window and finish your prep (high risk prep, point of no return). When you window opens, your cutting, not rushing thru a prep w/ twice as many people falling over each other at half the profit.
