From the way I understand the pay, what ever you turn in by Wednesdays at noon is paid out 14 days to the Friday. But they are working on a way to speed that up also. I am told an e-mail will go out to all their techs Friday night after they have their meeting with whom ever, to discuss the pay arrangements. From what Corina tells me, it should help cut it down a couple of days.
I have done work for Sparks, Prime Installs, Primestar LLC, Satellite Source etc....and they have all burned me badly in not paying. Scott & Corina get me a check weekly (granted....sometimes a day or two later than normal) but it is always there.
They are the only company I know of that lets you talk to any of their existing techs before coming on with them, I liked that. No better word than from those working for them already.
