I agree, when my boss had cable put in his office, it was done by an inhouse tech who ran the cable down the wall right in front of a bulletin board! even after I asked him about doing a wallfish, he mumbled something about us not wanting it. not this was in a building with drop ceilings, and conduit running from the pre-existing outlets to the attic space. I had to go and do the wall fish later and found out the tech had put the splitter in the attic space in the middle of the office, ratther than creating a demark location and running it from there. and inhouse techs are supposed to be so superior to us uninformed contractors...
