Have you ever been there? Good luck. Its great for a vacation but the working conditions are deployable. What are you going to do? I was there back in the 70's and the cable crews just strung the cable on the ground then put it up , they would let cars run over it etc. Streets are narrow, no room to park your truck, easements are like a jungle,hot sticky, muggy, summers not the time to go.If you have to work with the locals good luck,do you know Spainish?
