For a brief very limited time I was a Finance Director of a small struggling Lease funding Company, Brokering Equipment deals, underwriting private lease deals on same.
One tool I used other then the credit agencies was a investigations company for about a whole 3 dollars, I received the following a persons Social Security number Drivers License Number, Date of birth, All known present and past addresses real-estate holdings
Date purchased Dollar amount, if sold to whom and for how much. Every living and deceased relative incl. Their Date of birth every vehicle titled in their name, and on and on.
Presumed private information is not so private.
By the way this all came from public records.
