You are correct. I am currently hooking up Modems and Transponders in all Power Supplies on my project for status monitoring. If this was all we were doing we could make some jingle, however it involves different models of power supply modules which require different cards as well as temping the system while installing the cards. Adding batteries and Top Hat extensions to power supplies.Running a drop to the power supply, Also verifying Mac address's for both modem and transponder, which if your MSO doesn't have thier $%#@ together can take awhile.
